Online Orders and Customer Account Registration

For the purpose of invoicing online orders, customers voluntarily provide their personal data. Without this information, the order cannot be fulfilled.

Customers may register a customer account to speed up the purchasing process, view previous orders, check the status of ongoing orders and store invoices. The account contains the information required for invoicing.

Registering a customer account is not required to make a purchase, and the related convenience features are optional. Users may delete their customer account at any time. The website operator will also delete the account upon receiving a request by email.

Comments

When visitors submit comments on the website, in addition to the data provided in the comment form, the commenter’s IP address and browser user-agent string are collected to help detect spam.

An anonymised string created from the commenter’s email address, also known as a hash, may be provided to the Gravatar service. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

After the comment has been approved, the content of the comment and the commenter’s profile picture will be publicly visible.

Media

If a registered user uploads images to the website, they should avoid uploading images containing embedded location data, such as GPS data stored in EXIF metadata. Visitors to the website may download images from the website and extract any embedded location data.

Cookies

If visitors leave a comment on the website, they may opt to save their name, email address and website address in cookies. These cookies are provided for convenience, so visitors do not have to enter these details again when leaving another comment. These cookies remain valid for one year.

When visitors access the login page, the website sets a temporary cookie to determine whether their browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is deleted when the browser is closed.

Who We Share User Data With

If a user requests a password reset, their IP address will be included in the password reset email.

For the purpose of issuing invoices, users’ personal data are shared with the system operated by KBOSS.hu Kft., the operator of szamlazz.hu. For parcel delivery, the necessary personal data are transferred to the system of the delivery service provider.

How Long We Retain Personal Data

If a visitor leaves a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This enables the system to recognise and approve any subsequent comments automatically instead of placing them in the moderation queue.

For users registered on the website, the personal information provided is also stored in their user profiles. All users may view, edit or delete their personal information at any time, except that they cannot change their username. Website administrators may also view and edit this information.

What Rights Users Have Regarding Their Personal Data

Users who have a registered account on the website or have left comments may request an exported file containing the personal data held about them, including any data they have previously provided.

Users may also request the deletion of any personal data previously provided. This does not include data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
